Contributors can submit oral presentation and/or poster presentation papers, or they can attend as an audience to the conference. All submitted paper will be reviewed by a Review Committee and accepted papers will be included in the conference program. Papers can be presented either in Turkish or in English. Accepted papers (proceedings) can be accessed through the conference web site.

Note-1: Registration fee includes lunch, openning cocktail and gala dinner.
Note-2: Each author including co-author(s) has to pay the registration fee for conference participation.
Note-3: Each attendee can only present at most two papers. For more than two paper presentations, attendees must pay %50 more of the registration fee per paper.
